| Description | The work in this contract includes the renovation of the SWC building to allow overnight or extended stay for city employees during natural disasters by separating one large restroom into two separate restrooms, building a new shower room and building an office space for the SWC Assistant Superintendent. • Install three metal frame walls 15’L X 12’H • Install one metal frame wall 11’- 5” X 12’H • Install one metal frame wall 4’ X 12’ H • Remove one existing wall • Cover all walls with 5/8” dry wall and finish to 11’H • Rework ceiling grid to new walls • Move/add grills for HVAC/lighting • Add electrical and plumbing to new walls • Add three 3070 Steel Jamb/doors to match existing with keyed lock • Rubber base to match existing • Paint to match existing • Install shower/plumbing and any required backing • Install one sink/plumbing in new restroom • Relocate existing sink/plumbing in separate restroom |
