To plan, design, construct and complete a re-pavement of 7 miles to the existing Blueberry Hill Road in El Prado, in Taos County. As of September 30, 2022, this project is in the conceptual phase and pending grant funding. An engineer has not been selected. A firm timeline for construction has not been determined.
