Design-Build Construction Delivery Method for New Fire Stations

This Solicitation pertains to design build services for the construction of four new fire stations as specifically provided in the Request for Qualifications. In general, each project will consist of a fire station building (~7,250 SF for FS #40 or ~9,200 SF to ~10,600 SF for other FS) and the site infrastructure (~0.65 acre lot for FS #40 or ~2 - 2.5 acre lots for other FS). FS #40 will have a dual land / marine operation, while other fire stations will have only land operation. Therefore, FS #40 will have elevated living quarters, fire boat house and docks with access ramp.
