Masonry Facade Repair Project at the Baldwin Early Learning Pilot Academy

Question Deadline 03/17/2023 Bidders with questions or requiring interpretations or clarification of any perceived conflict, ambiguity, error, or omission which is discovered upon examination of the bidding documents shall make a written request for interpretation or clarification. Requests for interpretation or clarification, or proposals for any other modifications to the bidding documents, made orally or received less than five (5) days to the date of bid opening will not be answered. Questions may be mailed, delive estimated cost of $3,500,000.00. In general, the work includes, but is not limited to the following: 100% cutting and pointing of all mortar joints on building, caulking of all windows, waterproofing, sheet metal cap, masonry, according to the plans and specifications.
