Description

The work to be completed under this contract consists of the demolition and removal of one (1) packaged unit, variable air volume boxes, electric reheat coils, condensing unit, registers, piping, controls, and related accessories serving the Benjamin Franklin Bridge Administration Building Toll Plaza and the installation of one (1) new packaged air conditioning unit (heating and cooling), electric reheat coils, ductwork, registers, and associated piping, controls, electrical conduit/wiring and related accessories. This scope of work also includes the installation of a temporary air conditioning unit and all related accessories.
