Invitations to Bid for the Otsego Lake Drain Outlet Control Structure Removal and Replacement project. Removal of existing CMP outlet control structure, 48-inch dia outlet pipe, construction of new outlet control structure including concrete weir, sidewalls, headwall, and wingwalls, placement of new 48-inch dia concrete pipe, aluminum safety railing, ladder, access hatch, and associated restoration. Each Bid package shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashiers check, money order, or bid bond, in the amount of at least five (5) percent of the amount bid, drawn payable to Otsego County as security for the proper execution of the Agreement. Otsego County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in any bids should it consider same to be in its best interest.
