Asbestos Abatement of 11 East Washington Street

Sealed bids will be received for the Abatement of Asbestos from structures located. EACH STRUCTURE SHALL BE BID SEPARATELY. Work will consist of but not be limited to the following: Removal of asbestos containing materials per IEPA guidelines Disposal of asbestos containing materials per IEPA guidelines Submittal of State of Illinois Demolition/Renovation/ Asbestos Project Notification Form with fee to the appropriate agencies Bids shall be submitted for each location separately in sealed envelopes marked "Asbestos Abatement of 105 W. Orange St." or "Asbestos Abatement of 11 E. Washington St." The City of Pana reserves the right to waive any irregularities in the bids, reject any or all bids and to accept any bid deemed most advantageous tothe City.
