Rockland Road Corridor Flood Reduction Project

Replacement of the storm sewer system, construction of full depth HMA pavement, pavement resurfacing, sidewalk replacement, combination concrete curb and gutter installation, driveway reconstruction, erosion control, and all necessary restoration. The Work shall be performed on Lincoln Avenue between Windsor Terrace and Wrightwood Terrace, Windsor Terrace, Wrightwood Terrace and Seventh Avenue between Rockland Road and Lincoln Avenue and Fourth Avenue between Lincoln Avenue and Meadow Lane, Libertyville, Lake County, IL. The "Rockland Road Corridor Flood Reduction Project" consists of replacing the storm sewer system north of Rockland Road along the corridors of Lincoln Avenue, Windsor Terrace, Fourth Avenue, Wrightwood Terrace, and Seventh Avenue. In the locations of the proposed storm sewer, the reconstructed pavement will be 1.5" surface course over 2.25" binder course over 6.25" HMA base course, with the exception of Fourth Avenue which will have 8.25" HMA base course, supported by 4" of aggregate base course
