RV Park at Old Home Manor

A. General Description. The Town desires to have an RV Park constructed on up to 65 acres of Town-owned property at Old Home Manor (“OHM”), a planned 880-acre recreation and employment center in the Town. There is currently a 3.75 acre regulation-sized baseball field which doubles as a special events location at OHM. The RV Park would be adjacent to the baseball field. The property has electric, water and fiber, but sewer would need to be extended and roads would need to be constructed. B. Proposal Contents. Contractor’s Proposal shall provide schematic design and layout of the proposed spaces and amenities, landscaping, utilities and circulation. The Town would like to have the following amenities at the RV Park: (1) Full hook-ups. (2) Pull through spaces. (3) 30 amp and 50 amp water and sewer. (4) Community center. (5) Restrooms. (6) Showers. (7) Laundry. (8) Entertainment amenities. (9) Cable TV. (10) Wifi. (11) Picnic tables. (12) Pickleball or other sport activities. (13) Dog park. (14) Covered parking.
