It is the intent of this bid to retain a qualified contractor to provide turf mowing services for the City of Lincoln LTU-Water Recovery Facilities, hereinafter referred to as City/Owner The term of the Agreement shall be for a period of one (1) year upon execution with the option to renew for three (3) additional one (1) year periods upon mutual consent by both parties
