Sanitary Sewer Reconstruction 2019 Large Diameter Lining

Repair or replace degraded areas of the sanitary sewer system. The work will be completed by trenchless cast in place or spray applied pipe lining, and excavated point repairs, replacement, or realignment of existing sewer infrastructure. Locations of the necessary repairs were identified by prioritizing defects identified by close circuit television inspection of sewers as required by the City’s Capacity Management Operation and Maintenance (CMOM) Program. The assets are filtered for criticality and potential for failure. Work is coordinated with the resurfacing program and lead water service connection replacement program. Goal: 18% EDGE/DBE/MBE/WBE/SBE/VBE minimum 3% WBE)
