Tank Inspection Services

Provide maintenance services to ACUA’s AST and UST systems at various ACUA locations, as needed General Scope of Work for this Contract includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Troubleshoot problems associated with Veeder Root and/or Omntec tank monitoring systems (as applicable), as well as tank equipment, dispensers, delivery pumping systems, and fuel management systems from various manufacturers. 2. Annual, 3-year and 5-year AST and UST Compliance and Equipment Inspections as required by the New Jersey Environmental Protection (NJDEP) and United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) 3. Minor repairs to AST and UST systems. 4. General AST inspections for the 4 Leachate Tanks located at the ACUA landfills

Division 03 -	Concrete, Concrete Reinforcing, Cast-in-Place Concrete.
Division 05 -	Metals, Structural Metal Framing, Metal Decking.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Facility Fuel Piping, Facility Fuel-Storage Tanks.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Clearing and Grubbing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Fences and Gates.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities.
