Award amount is $95,159.24** The Morris County Park Commission is soliciting bids through a Fair and Open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq. Potential bidders are strongly encouraged to mail responses via USPS, UPS and FedEx, etc. Potential bidders wishing to hand deliver their qualifications may only do so in person at the time of the bid opening. No bids shall be accepted after the designated time, and the Park Commission will not assume responsibility for bids forwarded by mail or delivery service, nor any other conveyance.
