Traffic Control Services

The work to be done under this Contract consists of all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to provide traffic control services for the Authority. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check drawn to the order of North Wales Water Authority, or a Bid Bond in favor of North Wales Water Authority in the amount of $250.00. Said check or bond shall be subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. No bid may be withdrawn within forty-five (45) days of the date of the bid opening. The North Wales Water Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any bidding informalities. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 8/10/2022 12:00 AM The Authority may award a single or multiple year contract for these services. All Bidders must submit Bids for the first-year prices in order to be considered for awards in Year 2 and Year 3. B. Contract may be for a three (3) year term. Failure to comply with ALL the terms and conditions of the contract may result in delayed payments and may result in the Contractor being disqualified from future awards. C. The terms of this Contract will be for the supply of the stated equipment & services as follows: First year prices run from September 1, 2022 through August 31, 2023 Second year prices run from September 1, 2023 through August 31, 2024 Third year prices run from September 1, 2024 through August 31, 2025

Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Operation and Maintenance of Exterior Improvements.
Division 34 -	Transportation, Operation and Maintenance of Transportation.
