Description

Remove existing roof layer down to existing concrete material and replace with insulation and a .060 mil TPO single ply roofing system per manufacturers specifications and according to terms in the Bid Document. Union County, the Owner, reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any formality or technicality in any bid in the interest of the Owner.
