Whitesboro ISD - Batting Cage Building

PEMB Batting Cage Building Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond in the amount of five (5) percent of the bid amount. Refer to Document 00 4313 - Bid Security Form for additional information. 1. Bidders are required to submit sample copies of each required Bond, including Bid Bond, no less than seven (7) days prior to scheduled Bid Opening. Refer to other bidding requirements described in Document 00 2113 - Instructions to Bidders and modifications thereto and Document 00 2218 - Additional Instructions to Bidders. Submit your offer on the Bid Form provided in Project Manual. Your Bid will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of thirty (30) days after submission. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities and accept or reject any or all bids. For information concerning any part of the proposed Work, contact the Architect as specified in Document 00 2113 - Instructions to Bidders and modifications thereto and Document 00 2218 - Additional Instructions to Bidders. B. Additional bidding instructions are included in the Bidding Requirements which are bound into the Contract Documents. Please contact architect for copies of drawings/plans.
