The estimated period of performance is 3/20/23 -5/18/23. SCHEDULE NOTES a. Award anticipated to be a firm fixed price contract. b. Contractor must be registered to be considered. THIS IS A FREE REGISTRATION c. There is a requirement for bonding and/or payment protections (Irrevocable Letter of Credit (ILC) or payment bond) if award is over $35,000. The bonds or ILC will be for 100% of the award price and submitted within 10 days after contract award. See Section I for additional information. d. Solicitation No: 12445523Q0020 MOF White Sulphur Springs Electrical Improvements Page 7 SECTION C--DESCRIPTION/SPECIFICATIONS/STATEMENT OF WORK C.1 SCOPE OF CONTRACT The project shall consist of the installation of a total of 27 single gang duplex outlets, and 35 double CAT6 data ports. There is access to the data rack as well as the electric panel in the utility room. The wires shall be ran in the attic, and drop inside of the walls from there. There are 3 single gang duplex outlets and 3 CAT6 double data ports that shall be fed with surface (wall) mounted wire molding (off white color) dropping from the attic and low-profile surface mounted boxes (off white color), as they are to be mounted on wood paneled walls. There shall also be 8 existing data ports to have an extra CAT6 wire pulled and converted to double ports. The contractor shall supply all materials and labor to install the outlets and complete any incidental work. Installation of conduit, wire, and any other work to electrify the outlets, or provide data to the ports shall be incidental to the installation of the electrical outlets and data ports. All work shall comply with the NEC. Proposed data ports and proposed electrical circuits shall be tested in the presence of the COR. See attachments for more information.
