Spire Valley Residence Basement Buildout

The work will be completed under one prime contract. The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. Remodel of existing open basement to provide a new bedroom, bathroom, and storage area. Revise existing stair to meet residential code as noted in drawings Provide new lighting and power to code as outlined in drawings Provide new supply air / mechanical to code as outlined in drawings Final completion of the work will be within 130 calendar days from and including the date of the Final Notification to Proceed. No questions will be answered at this time. Questions must be asked at the follow up meeting or submitted by email. All questions must be submitted no later than: May 30th 2023 The State is not obliged to answer questions submitted after the question due date and time.
