Description | The Town of New Fairfield will receive sealed bids for replacement of two sets of swing-out doors one at the main entrance and one at the back entrance of the New Fairfield Free Public Library, located at 2 Brush Hill Road, New Fairfield, CT 06812. Bid Name and number must to clearly marked on the front of the envelope. A Pre-Bid Meeting to inspect the facility is required. The Town of New Fairfield reserves the rights to amend or terminate this Request for Proposals, accept all or any part of a proposal, reject all proposals, waive any informalities or non-material deficiencies in a proposal, and award the proposal to the proposer that, in the Town's judgment, will be in the Town's best interests. Bidders are encouraged to visit the site to take all measurements, note all conditions, and all other factors, which may affect the work as no exceptions will be considered after the award of the project; even though it may be a hardship on the Bidder.
