Provide all materials, equipment and labor necessary for removal from service two (2) existing 1,000-gallon main generator fuel tanks, provide and install two (2) new double wall 1,000-gallon fuel tanks at the West Hickman Waste Water Treatment Plant which is owned and operated by the Lexington Fayette Urban County Government Division of Water Quality.
