| Description | CONTINUUM OF CARE, NEW HAVEN is requesting licensed and insured contractors to provide bids for their property located at 1198 Farmington Avenue, West Hartford. The owner is seeking proposals for the following work: Replacement of 20 windows and 3 basement egress windows. Scope should include proper insulation/flashing/caulking, reinstall existing interior trim to new window jamb returns, paint finished trim surfaces. Proposals should include dumpster and permit fees. Vendors are responsible for acquiring building permits for approved work. Owner is conducting environmental testing. The project is tax-exempt, and funded by the owner, Continuum of Care.
