Please enclose a Non-Collusive Bidding Certificate and Pricing Wage Sheet. The Village of Endicott reserves the right to reject any or all bids. This procurement involves a firm fixed-price contract for a period of one year beginning on January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2023 under which the winning bidder bears the full responsibility for profit or loss. All bids shall be for a firm fixed-price. By submitting a bid, each bidder agrees that no price increases shall be allowed during the term of the contract. |
