Small Landscape and Irrigation Installation Services

Projects encompassed by this contract include both large and small-scale work of commercial landscapes. General categories of work may include landscape demolition, earthwork, erosion control, irrigation, planting and landscape, decorative hardscape such as pavers and soft trails, naturalized landscapes, green infrastructure, etc. The level of complexity varies with projects and may include subcontractors, such as electricians, licensed pesticide applicators, etc. In the event that subcontractors are used, the Service Provider will be solely responsible for the subcontractors. Work may be located on City grounds, parks, streetscapes, urban plazas, alleys or other areas owned by the City. Previous work associated with the contract includes projects such as: • Conversion of standard irrigation controllers to web-based smart controllers • Modifications to existing landscaping in parks and on streetscapes • Modifications to existing irrigation to improve water conservation • Tree planting • Irrigation booster pump replacements • Weed spraying • Native grass establishment • Paver installation.
