Description	The Carroll County Bureau of Resource Management is seeking proposals for design of a retrofit of the Roberts Field Wet Pond. The following are the goals of the design: provide water quality treatment for the existing impervious draining to the facility; provide channel protection and management of the 10-year storm back to forest/meadow conditions; reduce thermal impacts to the receiving stream; provide stream restoration of the channel by extending the stream channel to the culvert; retain a wet facility for the community; and reduce the hazard classification of the dam from significant to low.
