The MICC End User requires the following items, Brand Name or Equal, to the following: LI 001: Procurement and installation of one 50’ by 70’ concrete pad -- 4" Nominal 3500 PSI with pilons for building footings -- subgrade aggregate and prep., 1, EA; LI 002: one prefabricated metal building 50' by 70' --19' Eave height -- Eves and gables down to 9' clearance on all 4 sides. Stamped structural and construction drawings. Catwalk inside building: 68'long, 36" wide, 108" clear underneath and OSHA Rated Stairs. Lighting evenly spaced throughout the building. TERMINATE AT A MANUAL TRANSFER SWITCH, RATED BASED ON LOAD DEMAND., 1, EA; LI 003: 6 foot tall Chain link Fence with one 4 foot gate and one 10 foot Vehicle Gate, 750, LF; LI 004: The form(s) included in the buy must be returned with your quote.
