South Coast Regional Seismic Ready Facility for the Oregon Department of Transportation

Gerding Builders, LLC (OR CCB# 193549) is serving as the Construction Manager / General Contractor (CM/GC) for the Oregon Department of Transportation and is soliciting bids for the construction of their new South Coast Regional Seismic Ready Facility, in Coos Bay, OR. The project consists of (6) buildings (Generator, Pump House, Storage, Maintenance, Administration, and Fuel/Herbicide/Deicer/Wash buildings) totaling roughly 66,460 sf, as well as other site items. Gerding Builders is currently soliciting bids for Early Work Package 1 only, consisting of: Supply and installation of the Crane Procurement of the Pre-engineered metal buildings (PEMB) . Procurement of the fuel tank . Cleaning, painting, grouting, and other misc. work on the Soldier Pile Wall.
