Description

Replacement of a two cell Baltimore Air Coil cooling tower at 1100 Judicial Center Drive in Brighton, Co. 1. Contractor is responsible for all Permits and necessary inspection. 2. Provide work in strict accordance with the latest edition of applicable codes. 3. 1-year labor warranty. 4. Disconnect existing electrical from the 2 cooling towers that are to be replaced. 5. Install 3 VFD enclosure. 6. Install ¾” conduit from inside of building electrical room to first VFD enclosure and then to other two VFD enclosure. 7. Contractor is responsible for wall penetrations and insure water tight seal around conduit. 8. Any trenching is to be done by hand, locates are required before digging. 9. Reconnect to 2 new cooling towers, electrical panels controls as required. 10. Connect to main power source. Connect VFD and control panels. 11. VFD, VFD enclosure and electrical valves to be supplied by ABSI. 12. Remove 2 speed wiring from control panel on cooling tower 3. 13. Run electrical to new VFD added to cooling tower 3. 14. Wire from VFD to motor on cooling tower 3. 15. Contractor to verify proper operation, rotation and controls of 3 cooling towers. 16. Add $3500 as contingency for conduit and seal tight for the controls contractor.
