| Description | The project scope includes the following: • Removal of existing flooring from designated areas. • Proper disposal of existing product in vendor provided dumpsters. Waste material or rubbish caused by the vendors operations will not be disposed of in Oakland University dumpsters or on Oakland University property. • Clean and prep sub-floor as appropriate for new product • Installation of transition pieces throughout • Installation of new flooring and base material according to manufacturer specifications and recommendations. Please detail your specifications and recommendations in bid submittal.
