| Description | The Work consistof the complete demolition of Clendenin Elementary School including, but not limited to, the complete building and site improvements removal and the disposal of all demolition materials in an approved EPA certified landfill, capping off terminating existing utilities at the property line, backfilloing areas where foundations, basement, equipment and utilities have been removed with clean compacted soil, bringing the site to grade for future work. Contracter is required to maintain a chain of custody from "cradle to grave" for all hazardous materials disposed of under this contract. |
