A New Parking Deck

As of August 15, 2022, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The scope of the work for the New Parking Deck for the City of Decatur, Alabama shall include, but not necessarily be limited to, the following: Removal of an existing parking lot, the construction of a new pre-cast concrete parking deck, with integrated elevator, including the white box fit out of 4 leasable spaces, all interior fit-out inclusive of all work shown on the plans provided.
