| Description | Scope of Work: In general, the Scope of Work for this project will consist of the following: Demolish existing air handling unit and condensing unit that serves the community center. Demolish two (2) existing boilers and all related hydronic piping. Demolish all associated piping and indicated ductwork. Provide one (1) packaged rooftop unit mounted on grade to serve the community center, including indicated new supply and return ductwork, diffusers, controls, dampers, controls, etc. Provide new gas piping to supply the new packaged rooftop unit. The new equipment shall be seamlessly integrated into the existing building management system. |
