| Description | The project will include replacement of all existing HVAC control equipment with new HVAC control equipment, including upgrades of any existing pneumatic controls to DDC controls. This scope includes controllers, sensors, networks, coil valves, VFDs, lighting controls, graphics, and test and balance work. New controls are to be integrated into the campus N4 Supervisor front end. Controls contractor selected is expected and required to provide a complete turn-key project for HVAC controls. The building is occupied and will be in use throughout the controls replacement project, so minimal, tightly scheduled downtime of spaces is the expectation. |
