Description

The work will consist of providing on-call construction services for building improvement projects with a construction cost of $58,420 or less for each individual project, and for public works and street and road construction projects with a construction cost of $182,574 or less for each individual project. Pursuant to City Procurement Rule section 53-1A-12, these bid limits will be adjusted upwards annually by the lesser of 3% or the actual percentage change in the Consumer Price Index for all Urban Customers. This On-Call Task Order General Construction Contract shall be in effect April 1, 2023 until March 31, 2026. The City reserves the right to reject any or all Prequalification Questionnaires or to waive any informality or technicality in any proposal if deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
