South End Controls Upgrade - Government Center

1. Provide and install one Honeywell / Tridium Supervisor with two Niagara connections, one to an existing WEB-8000 JACE and one to a new WEB-8000 JACE connecting the devices in this scope to the existing system. Migration of the existing GUI to the supervisor, addition of all new controls to the supervisor. 2. Replacement of 30 VAV controllers with Honeywell LON programmable controllers and digital wall modules. (CO2 sensing models where like sensors are currently utilized with terminal min flow reset and AHU DCV). Addition of discharge air sensors for all terminals. 3. Installation of one programmable controller for controlling the hot water boiler and pumps, to include supply and return temperature sensors, boiler enable, pump enable with lead lag operation, and pump status. 4. Installation of programmable controller(s) as required to control one existing AHU with humidifier. To include new static pressure sensors for discharge and building pressure control, supply, return, and outdoor temp and humidity sensors, economizer actuators, manual reset low limit thermostats, and mixed air sensor(s). 5. New LON wiring to all new controllers. 6. Carrier Comfort Network integration to two chillers, provide monitoring, trending, and alarming for all major points in addition to enabling the chillers as required. 7. Modification and addition to existing 3D floor plans to reflect the additional building areas added to the system.
