Description | Property Management, Inc. on behalf of Dauphin County General Authority is seeking bids for general contracting services at the Riverfront Office Center, 1101 S. Front Street, Harrisburg, PA 17104. This project includes, but is not limited to, removal of walls and installation of movable partition walls. All bids shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope and clearly marked on the outside "Riverfront Office Center 5th Floor Project". This is a "public work" project for purposes of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. Therefore, all workmen employed on this project must be paid prevailing minimum wages. Each bidder is required to submit, with their sealed bid, a Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the total amount of the bid. Dauphin County General Authority reserves the right to adjust quantities and reject any or all bids or proposals. |
