| Description | 1. The Contractor shall furnish Fire Alarm Services including Inspection, Repair and Installation for Silent Knight, Fire Lite and other “non-proprietary” systems. All labor, materials, superintendence, tools and equipment necessary for completion of assigned work, subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. 2. All maintenance, service and installation, of these systems, must be performed by licensed technicians. 3. In order to maintain the safety and security of the District’s facilities, the Contractor must have ready access (local supplier within 50 miles of the RRISD Maintenance Department, located at 16239 Great Oaks Dr., Round Rock, TX 78681) to a sufficient stock of repair parts and components in order to expedite the service and / or repair of a fire alarm system. Contractor will be required to provide location(s) of available supply sources. |
