Network Cabling Installation Services (As Needed) Bid Term: bid award to 6/30/23, with 2 one year extensions For further information, please contact the Purchasing Office via email at lpisano@scarsdaleschools.org. Please indicate the Bid Name and Number in the subject line of your email request. Bids will be received for this contract until the prevailing time and date stated above. At the above state time and place all bids will be publicly opened. In the event that Scarsdale Union Free School District Purchasing Department is closed the day of the Bid Opening, the bid(s) will be opened at the same time, on the next day that the Scarsdale UFSD Purchasing Department is open. All bids received after the date and time stated in the Notice to Bidders will not be considered and will be returned to the bidder unopened. The bidder assumes the risk of any delay in the mail or delivery service, or in the handling of the mail by employees of the District, other than those authorized to receive bids. The District is not responsible for bids opened prior to the time and date of the opening if the identifying information does not appear on the sealed envelope. Bids opened prior to the time and date of the opening are invalid. The District reserves the right to accept each bid by individual time, by category, by groups of items or as a whole, or in its discretion, to reject all bids and re-advertise and rebid. Bids must be presented on the proposal form in the manner designated therein and as required by the specifications. No bidder shall withdraw their bid within forty-five (45) days after the formal opening. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities and accept the bid that is in the best interest of the School District.
