Hobbs Veterans Memorial Park

The scope of work for Hobbs Veterans Memorial Park includes , but not limited to the following: Demolition of existing site elements such as concrete pads, electrical poles & equipment, irrigation equipment and post and cable fencing. Also included in project scope is clearing & grubbing, rough grading and dirt work. Contractor will install an asphalt parking lot with concrete curbing, concrete sidewalk and plaza paving, pilasters, free-standing walls and retaining walls with limestone caps and thin stone veneer, ornamental steel fencing and gates, brick pavers, flagpoles , granite monuments, artificial turf, electrical work and miscellaneous site furnishings. Additionally, this project includes landscaping comprised of trees, shrubs, turfgrass seeding and automatic irrigation system.

Division 26 -	Electrical.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Selective Clearing, Grading.

Division 33 -	Utilities.
