Description

Construction of 500 linear feet of roadway improvements, drainage, curb & gutter, MSE wall, maintenance of traffic, erosion & sediment control, and associated items. Each Bidder must be licensed as a Class A contractor in the State of Virginia; Bidders are instructed to review the Code of Virginia, Title 54.1, Chapter 11, prior to bidding and each Bidder must be a Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) Pre-Qualified Contractor. By submission of a signed Bid, the Bidder certifies total compliance with Title VI and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, and all regulations promulgated thereunder The OWNER reserves the right to reject any and all Bids if it appears in its best interest to do so.
