Remodeling of the CEO and CFO Offices

Remodeling of an office development in Huntsville, Alabama. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 13,638-square-foot office development. You are invited to quote on the remodeling of the CEO and CFO offices per the contract documentation. Bond Amount: 5%, no more than $10,000 Negotiations with any alternate service provider will be with contractors chosen from the original proposals submitted in response to this invitation for bid (IFB). Contractors who do not submit a proposal per this IFB will not be considered for work under this Support Agreement. Your proposal must be submitted on the prescribed Pricing Sheet (Attachment D of the IFB) in order to be acceptable and considered. Supplementary information regarding your qualifications may be added if you desire. Prices quoted must be firm for the support period. Bids without the proper bid opening information will not be opened nor considered for award. Proposals submitted in response to this Invitation for Bid must remain in effect for a minimum period of 60 days following the bid opening date. Huntsville Utilities reserves the right to reject any or all quotes, or any portion thereof.
