Description	1. Renovations to and/or new construction of mechanical electrical systems for Police Stations, Fire Stations, Community Centers, Libraries, Court Facilities, Health Centers, and General Government Buildings. Studies including energy, sustainability, CHP, Micro-grid, solar and other reduction in energy consumption, carbon footprint, and or sustainability. 2. All Design Drawings will be required to be submitted in electronic format compatible with the latest version of Auto CADD. 3. All Design work will be required to be performed in accordance with the Baltimore County Design Manual.
