Description

Project-specific Architectural Services shall include, but not necessarily be limited to: Development of preliminary design program requirements for each Project will be compiled by the Consultant from information provided by the Town. Project requirements provided by the Town shall not be considered by the Consultant to be all-inclusive and will be presented by the Town to the Consultant in an effort to convey the respective design concepts and services the Town anticipates requiring. The Consultant shall use this information as a basis to establish the detailed space requirements and functional relationships required for development of a definitive architectural design.
