| Description | Provide sealed plans & specification for bidding of a 11,700 SF roof replacement. RCI registered roof consultant required. The roof consists of 4 sections, 2 standing seam roof sections and 2 ballasted EPDM sections original to the 1992 construction. Questions are to be directed to James Anderson at andersja@forsyth.cc by the question period deadline of 12:00 pm, April 24, 2023. This RFQ will in no manner be construed as a commitment on the part of the County to award a contract.
