Queen Street Tennis Courts Removal and Replacement

Provide the demolition and replacement of the Queen Street Tennis Courts located at 330 Royall Avenue, Mount Pleasant, South Carolina 29464. Scope of Services shall include all labor, demolition, equipment, materials, supplies, supervision, site preparation and incidentals necessary to complete the Work which is generally described as renovation of an existing three (3) court tennis facility on a 0.97 acre parcel on Royall Avenue in the Old Village of Mount Pleasant. The Work also includes replacement of the existing courts pavement, fencing, lighting, and equipment as well as the replacement of the existing asphalt parking with permeable concrete pavers. This project is being funded in whole or in part by a Land and Water Conservation Fund (LWCF) grant. All relevant federal requirements will apply to the contract.
