Traffic Calming Devices and Utility Patching

Contractor shall provide and install utility patch repairs and traffic calming devices on County streets on an as-needed basis for a period of up to five years. Arlington County has approximately two hundred fifty-six (256) traffic calming devices (speed tables - 160; speed cushion - 96) at various locations throughout the County. The Contractor is responsible for providing all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, maintenance of traffic and supplies required to complete the work in accordance with contract terms and conditions. Questions regarding the original solicitation must be submitted by July 28, 2023, at 5:00 PM eastern time to be considered for an addendum. Bid Surety in the amount of not less than 5% of the bid must be submitted with the bid. Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of the award will be required of the successful bidder. Arlington County reserves the right to reject any and all bids, cancel this solicitation, and to waive any informalities or irregularities in procedure.
