Project to Construct Concrete Apron at Front of Maintenance Bay Facility 2110 Project Number: PJMS 112674 The Maryland Air National Guard has a requirement f or demolition of 2,665 square feet of asphalt and replacement with reinforced concrete pads. With the addition of installation of Bollard Sleeves over 13 existing Bollards. Location: work is to take place at Facility 2110, Vehicle Maintenance at the Maryland Air National Guard (MDANG) of Martin State Airport, Maryland Air National Guard, 2701 Eastern Boulevard, Baltimore, MD 21220. IAW FAR 36.204(b), the magnitude of this project is betw een $25,000 and $100,000. This is set-aside for 100% small business. The NAICS is 237310 Pavement, highw ay, road, street, bridge or airport runway, construction w ith a small business size standard of $39.5 M. NOTICE OF PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE 2.1. There will be no pre-proposal conferences. 2.2. On the day of the Bid Opening, to obtain entry to the base please follow the instructions below. Due to security conditions, all offerors must register to attend this conference and site visit. Email the following information for all attendees to TSgt Evan Spivey at 175.wg.msc@us.af.mil Vendor to submit WF113 to above email address. 2.3. This information must be provided in advance, not later than 3 business days prior to the meeting, in order to ensure access to the military base and conference site and ensure adequate seating for the conference attendees. Even if you have access to the base you must register to ensure adequate seating. The furnishing of the above information is voluntary; however, your failure to furnish all or part of the requested information may result in the Government's denial of your access to the Bid Opening. This information will be provided to the Base Security Forces who will authorize your entrance to the site. 2.4. Visitors must pick up their passes at the Installation's Main Entry Gate prior to arrival. You will be required to present the following information upon arrival: (1) Vehicle Registration, (2) Valid Driver's License, (3) Proof of Insurance for Vehicle, and/or (4) Safety Inspection and Car Rental agreement if applicable. Any of the above information furnished by you is protected under the Privacy Act and shall not be released unless permitted by law and/or you have consented to such. 2.5. Information provided at this conference or site visit shall not qualify the terms and conditions of the solicitation and specifications. Terms of the solicitation and specifications remain unchanged unless the solicitation is amended in writing.
