Tropical Storm Ida Restoration Projects For Swan Creek, Ely Creek and York Street, Emergency Watershed Protection Program

A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The Project consists of stream bank stabilization measures including gabion basket walls, modular block walls, riprap slope protection and live stake protection. The stream bed will be regraded to pre-Ida conditions and debris will be removed. A portion of York Street is also proposed to be reconstructed in correlation to damage sustained from Hurricane Ida. The contractor is responsible for providing all labor, supervision, trade skills, materials, and equipment required for this project as described in the Construction Documents. The Contract will allow 90 calendar days for completion of the work from the notice to proceed. The City of Lambertville reserves the right to consider bids for sixty (60) days after their receipt. The right is reserved to waive any informalities, to accept bids which it deems most favorable to the interest of the City to make an award on each item separately or as a whole and to accept any Bid or to reject any or all Proposals in accordance with the Specifications and the Bid forms.
