Description

Furnish the Design, Engineering and Stamped Plans, All Labor, Material, Tools, and Transportation for the Following Described Improvement: Design and Construction of One (1) Salt Storage Structure at the Green Creek Township House. A Certified Check in the Amount of $500.00 (Five Hundred Dollars) Will Be Required for Bidding Purposes for Each Bid Submitted. All Other Requirements of Section 153.54 of the Revised Code Still Apply for These Bids. The Board of Trustees of Green Creek Township Reserves the Right to Waive Any and All Irregularities in the Bids or Bidding Process and May Reject Any and All Bids. By a Unanimous Vote of the Board of Trustees of Green Creek Township, All of the Bid Bonding Requirements of Section 153.54 of the Revised Code Have Been Waived for These Bids. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
