Description

The objective is to provide the required servicing of the high volume pump and motor subsystem including a 40 horsepower (HP) motor and Aurora 1160 verti-line mixed flow pump and related drive coupling hardware, in order to restore the subsystem back into OEM operation. The Government is looking for the following services to be performed: * A motor, pump and coupling (subsystem) diagnostic to be performed in order to determine the extent of existing wear/damage to the subsystem. * The generation of a Subsystem Restoration Plan per the diagnostic process to correct any subsystem deficiencies discovered during the diagnostics. * Supply the labor, parts and warranty required to bring the subsystem back into OEM specification and operation. * The performance of a successful Government operational test of the restored whole system by the operators to ensure proper operation. * The provision of any OEM User/Maintenance documents for any newly added components.
