Description

In general the work consists of selective demolition to interior masonry partitions and portions of the electircal and mechanical systems. Construction of gypsum board and metal framed ceilings and walls; installation of acoustic ceilings and wall treatments; installation of light fixures; installation of mechanical distribution and air handler, installation of audio/visual equipment. The work area includes the first floor instrumental and vocal rehearsal rooms and adjacent classrroms, and second floor percussion and practice rooms which are all located primarly in the southern portion of th building and totaling approximately 27,000 square feet. Exterior site work is also part of the project
